PETS: well-mannered and sociable pets are welcome. The gardens are secure on the premise of keeping sheep out and dogs in. Please bring your own dog bedding as our chair covers and bedding are in use throughout the holiday season and are not intended for your pets!

BOOKING CONDITIONS: Bookings made by telephone or e-mail are firm provided they are confirmed within five days with a deposit. Any alterations in party composition must be advised at least 5 days in advance of arrival.

PAYMENT: Deposit of 25% payable with confirmation of booking. Balance to be received at least 4 weeks before arrival. Late bookings (within 4 weeks) to be paid in full on confirmation.

PERIOD: Arrival on Saturday after 15:30 hours. Departure is on Saturday before 10.00 hours. Your co-operation is requested to enable us to ensure that the accommodation is cleaned and prepared to the high standards that we know our guests expect. Linen is changed weekly.
